My Husband has work permit and waiting for green card. Once I take my J1 waiver visa, will I be eligible to get green card processing with him?

I believe so but with all the changes and proposed changes in US immigration law these days we would recommend calling one of the attorneys on our site in the Career Center.  They can answer that difinitively.
